The 76ers meanwhile are mediocre at best this year. Might be hard for Orlando to stay focused in this game after a big trading day in which they traded Rashard Lewis to the Washington Wizards for Gilbert Arenas and traded Vince Carter to the Phoenix Suns as part of a 6 player swap - head on over to ESPN to get the latest on that trade.

This was a tight game in the first quarter as the Magic only had a one point edge over the 76ers leading 21-20 heading into the 2nd quarter.



Miami Heat 95 Washington Wizards 94 The Heat now have won 13 games in a row and Washington is sitting in last place in the Southeast Div. while Miami sits in First place in the same division. The Washington Wizards traded Gilbert Arenas to the Orlando Magic for Rashard Lewis yesterday and John Wall missed his 3rd game in a row against the Heat last night.

Washington had Miami's number at the beginning of the game as they wrapped up leading after the first quarter by a score of 25-19 over the Heat. Nick Young had a hot hand for the Wizards hitting for 11 points in the 1st quarter.

Cleveland Cavaliers 109 New York Knicks 92 Coming in to the game, Cleveland was in the middle of a 10 game losing streak. It seems like all the air was let out of them after their first loss to the Miami Heat and LeBron James at the beginning of Dec. The Cavs have been downright terrible since that game, but last night they were able to crack that losing streak with a win over the Knicks.
